Group Classes

These are the bread and butter of our program.  The only criteria to get into our group classes is to complete our fundamentals course.  Once completed you will join in the fun we have daily and have all the necessary skills to be in our group classes.  All group classes are 60 minutes in length and consist of constantly varied, functional movements.  You are never left alone to figure out what to do.  Our educated and caring coaches are there the entire time to help you achieve the best workout possible, scaling any movements and keeping you safe.
