Do you want to be healthy and happy?  If so, we want to help. 

At Mountain Loop CrossFit, our top quality coaches are here to help you achieve your goals!  Our main focus is dedicated and geared towards creating a fun environment where people can learn about CrossFit, make new friends and family, while getting healthier in the process.  We believe in surrounding yourself with people that reflect who you want to be and how you want to feel.

For those who are interested in taking our fundamentals course, we invite you to join us for our next session starting WEDNESDAY SEPTEMBER 6TH @ 7:30PM.  CLICK BELOW TO INQUIRE ABOUT JOINING US.

We teach you everything you need to know to join our regular classes in 12 one-hour sessions*.  Each class will focus on proper form, technique and a great workout.  Fun, accountability, fitness are all part of the package!  ALL fitness levels and ailments are welcome as we scale to your abilities.  Bad knees, low back, shoulders, no problem.  We assess what you can do and safely work around anything you bring to us. 

CrossFit for us is about friends, family and camaraderie between athletes, and a healthy lifestyle.  Not about the money.  And although we do understand that if we don't charge we can't keep our lights on, it is not our focus.  So, all you need to do is click on the JOIN NOW button and get signed up.  Check the 2 FREE FUNDAMENTALS package and start your journey towards a healthier, happier you!  After the 2 free sessions you will then be required to pay $138+tax to continue on with the program. 

AND of course, if your friend is also interested in getting back into shape, drag them with you!  

*Please note, we require you to attend a minimum of 10 classes during the session.  If you are unable due to any reasons you will be required to make up it up with a one-a-one session with a coach which will be at an additional cost of $60/hour.
